1. Project Start

• Project starts only after 50% advance payment
• Required content (text/images) must be provided by the client

2. Delivery Time

• Delivery time is calculated in working days (Monday–Friday)
• Timeline starts after advance payment + content received
• Delays in content submission will extend the delivery date

3. Revisions

• A revision means minor text, image, or color changes only
• Starter Pack: 1 revision
• Growth Pack: 2 revisions
• Pro Pack: 3 revisions
• Extra revision: Rs. 1,000 each
• All revision requests must be sent in one message
• No revisions before final payment

4. Limitations

• Domain & hosting are not included
• Content writing is not included
• New pages, features, or redesigns are not included
• Out-of-scope requests require a new quotation

5. Payment Terms

• 50% advance to start
• 50% before final handover
• Website access provided after full payment

6. Client Responsibility

• Client responsible for content accuracy
• Client must review and approve the website upon delivery
• BIGTIFY (PRIVATE) LIMITED is not responsible for third-party hosting or plugin issues

7. Support

• 7 days free support after delivery
• Ongoing maintenance not included
• Future updates charged separately

8. Project Cancellation

• Advance payment is non-refundable
• Work completed up to cancellation will be billed accordingly

9. Privacy & Data

• BIGTIFY (PRIVATE) LIMITED respects client privacy and does not sell, rent, or share client data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Any information provided by the client will only be used for the purpose of completing the project and providing related services.
• The client is responsible for ensuring their website complies with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

10. Website Security & Liability

• While reasonable measures are taken to build secure websites, BIGTIFY (PRIVATE) LIMITED cannot guarantee that a website will be free from hacking, malware, cyberattacks, or unauthorized access.
• BIGTIFY (PRIVATE) LIMITED is not liable for any loss, damage, data breach, downtime, or security incident caused by third-party services, hosting providers, plugins, themes, or actions beyond its control.
• Clients are responsible for maintaining secure passwords and account credentials.

11. Third-Party Services

• Websites may rely on third-party services, plugins, APIs, or hosting providers.
  BIGTIFY (PRIVATE) LIMITED is not responsible for changes, outages, pricing updates, discontinued features, or failures of such third-party services.

12. Backup & Maintenance

• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client is responsible for maintaining regular backups of the website after handover.
• BIGTIFY (PRIVATE) LIMITED is not responsible for data loss occurring after project delivery.

13. Intellectual Property

• The client retains ownership of the content they provide.
• Ownership of the completed website is transferred to the client upon full payment, excluding any third-party software, plugins, themes, fonts, or licensed assets that remain subject to their respective licenses.

14. Acceptance of Work

• If no revision request or written feedback is received within 7 days of delivery, the project may be deemed accepted as completed.

15. Limitation of Liability

• BIGTIFY (PRIVATE) LIMITED will always make reasonable efforts to deliver a high-quality website and service. However, our total responsibility for any claim related to the project is limited to the amount the client paid us for that project.
• We are not responsible for any financial losses, lost profits, loss of business, loss of data, website downtime, or other indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or third-party services such as hosting providers, plugins, or external platforms.

16. Changes to Terms & Conditions

BIGTIFY (PRIVATE) LIMITED reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will apply to future projects and, where applicable, ongoing services from the effective date of the updated Terms & Conditions. Clients are encouraged to review the latest version before engaging our services.
